Meditation music - the language of the soul

No one is exempt from at least some tension, some stress, as this is part of the nature of our human world. The purpose of meditation is to change our thoughts from negative to positive by releasing stress and finding peace in our souls.
Truly inspired music comes from the soul of the artist and pierces right into the souls of the listeners. Such music expresses emotions kept pent up inside and gives them wings. Simply listening to meditation music can work the same magic as meditation does itself.
Sometimes meditation requires a lot of patience, as the mind can be stubborn in its refusal to cooperate and be still! Inspiring, relaxing, meditative music just carries you away, effortlessly.
One of my music fans wrote this to me:
“I came upon your music [via] Dr. Joan Borysenko, PhD. Joan was teaching us various forms of meditation and she used your piece, “Pach[el]bel’s Canon” from Timeless Motion as background music. It was just so overwhelmingly suitable for these exercises that I searched everywhere until I found my tape…” - Deb Somfay
The beauty of using meditation music is that, for example, you can have this music on your iPod, have it plugged into your ear, and be listening to it wherever you are during any hectic, stressful day. The music can be that gentle reminder literally in your ear, that you are a calm, peaceful soul traveling through a tension-filled world. And you don’t need to let that tension change you.
You don’t need to assume a meditative, contemplative pose to meditate, when you have meditation music.
