Have you ever noticed that when you’re upset that you sometimes temporarily stop breathing? That your body’s tension holds you in one position, sort of freezes you up?
A breathing meditation breaks your cycle of thought and allows you to reaffirm and re-establish your natural energy. Meditation isn’t always easy; it can be difficult to let go of your mind’s agitation and wanderings.
Music can transport you to a place where you feel emotion without having the intrusion of new thoughts. It gives your critical and planning mechanisms a rest while energizing, inspiring and uplifting. Music can take your mind on a journey far from repetitive patterns and negativity.
Your cycle of breathing is a natural purification process, breathing in life energy and exhaling what you no longer need. Perhaps, however, it is the space between the inhale and exhale, that moment of quiet, when we discover that everything is possible.
Listen to meditation music in the same way, allowing the supernatural to become tangible and clear in the cycle of the notes as well as the spaces in between.
I am into meditation and breathing…Daniel’s music is incredible, so soothing, beautiful and holistic…it is wonderful!
