Meditation Music

Meditation music can help with your meditation practice by drowning out background noise, including that coming from your own mind! and it can elevate, inspire, and calm you.

Some meditation music has a rhythm similar to the beat of a heart at rest, or to breathing while sleeping. Scientific research has shown that music that has a beat of 60 beats per minute causes your brain to produce more alpha waves, which create calmness, on both the left and right side of your brain.

Meditation music can inspire feelings such as those of joy, tenderness, confidence, warmth, calm, satisfaction, contentment, refreshment, oneness, and inspiration. Daniel Kobialka's interpretations distill the essence of some of the most beautiful music ever written and bring the listener on a unique journey to a place of profound serenity and meditative calmness.

"I went to a Bernie Siegel seminar recently, and I picked up one of his meditation tapes. It had your name on it as well as the web site. I have been listening to Timeless Motion for a while, but I wanted to have just the music this time to meditate to. I really like the way you slowed the pace of the Canon in D. Makes for a very calm and peaceful listening experience." Gregory Long Jeannette, PA

"(Going Home is) the single most powerful resource in helping my workshop participants to connect with their Inner Child. I am grateful to Kobialka and his music." John Bradshaw, renowned author and speaker in the self-help field.

"In search of my spirit, many doors open up. One of them is the book "Homecoming" by John Bradshaw. He recommends your music for one of the meditations and sure enough I was fortunate to find you on the Internet. Thank you so much for your musical contribution to my spiritual path." Maria Gonzalez
