"Common Chord" features David Grisman and Daniel Kobialka, with performances by Jerry Garcia, Enrique Coria, Norton Buffalo, and others, who bring their diverse backgrounds in classical, bluegrass, rock and jazz together to pay homage to traditional American music.
"The Gift of Love" presents a tribute to the Creator in this collaboration between cellist Jan Kobialka (Daniel's brother) and organist Gayla MacCallum. This album was recorded at St. Patrick's Church in Washington, DC. and includes scriptural references alongside each hymn and inspirational song.
Daniel Kobialka and Sylvia McNair recorded "Silver Linings" piece by piece, a tapestry born of a friendship spanning years. Recognizing the original texture, tone and lyricism of Sylvia's vocal perfection, Daniel presents their unique weaving of violin and soprano vocals on tunes from the great classics to contemporary artists such as the Beatles.
