Frequently Asked Questions

Many of our visitors have little experience with online ordering.

 

Please bear with us while we provide these instructions to explain how to browse our store and make your purchase, step by step.

How do I navigate around the store?

1. From any page at http://www.danielkobialka.com - click on the “Music Store” link in the top navigation menu.

 

2. Browse through the store by clicking on one of the categories (Entire Albums, Children’s Albums, Guest Albums, Single Tracks, New Products, All Products). You are now on a Category Page.

 

3. Click on the name or photo of an album on the category page to go to the individual product page showing you all of the information about the album. This is where the ordering process begins. Remember, there is a minimum purchase of $10.00

How do I place an order?

Once you have found a product you wish to purchase:

 

1. Scroll down, choose your delivery option (CD or download), enter the quantity desired, and click "add to shopping cart". You can continue shopping or proceed to check-out.

How do I check out?

1. Create an account, or log in to your account, using the form at the top of the right hand column.

 

2. When you are ready, click "go to checkout". You will be taken through three self-explanatory checkout steps: choosing your shipping option, payment option, and order confirmation.

Downloads


1. If you purchase a download by credit card, money order or check, once your order is approved and the status is “delivered”, you will receive an email entitled "Order Update". In this email is a link for signing in to your account at danielkobialka.com - click on this, and you will be presented with a form for logging in.
 

2. Next you will be automatically taken to your account page where your download link is available. This is your Order History page, where you can scroll down to view your download link.

 

3. Your download link is good for one download and is available for 48 hours (2 days) after your purchase.

 

4. If your download says "expired" when you click on the link, contact us for help.

Your Account

1. At any time if you have problems finding your link, want to view the status of your order, or wish to see what you have previously ordered, sign in to your account, click on the My Account link in the sidebar, scroll down the Order History page and click on View next to the item you wish to view.


Ordering Problems

1. Refer to the steps above, and send us an email describing the exact part of the process where you got stuck, exactly what you did and what result you received.

 

2. For example, “I was checking out, but there were no payment options to choose from,” or, “I completed my order, received 3 emails, and found my download link, but the download link only allows me to download one CD and I ordered 2”.

 

3. In other words, the more information you give us, the better we are able to understand and duplicate your problem and fix it.
