One of four "interludes" from the album Pathless Journey. The four Interludes, titled "Watercolors", are small musical settings, similar to Japanese Haiku poems. Each musical setting varies from short thematic expressions to a continual melodic statement. They are placed between each of the major compositions, reflecting the connection of all things in the universe.

This beautiful Interlude, Watercolor I, is the fourth and final Interlude on the CD and is a beautiful expression of instrumental harmony.
